March 20, 2012- Today Cheshire Tree Floral Designs celebrates its 20th anniversary of designing for events at Le Chateau Restaurant in South Salem. Although today is mild with temperatures in the 70s, that day was quite different. It was also the first day of spring, but someone forgot to tell old man winter who got in a parting shot with 5 inches of snow! The bride and groom had to “convince” their driver to use the Rolls Royce to transport them. Of course Cheshire Tree Floral Designs was on site early at the church and reception to set up their floral decor despite the weather. St. Mark’s church in Mount Kisco, New York played host to the wedding of Chessie and Michael. The history of the parish dates back to 1761 with the current church structure having been consecrated in 1917. The couple wished to have the sanctuary lavishly decorated with flowers in pink, blue and white. The decorations included arrangements for the three altars, a garland for the choir stall and bouquets of peonies for the pew. Read more...

Erica and Seamus’ ceremony and reception took place at CV Rich Mansion in White Plains, New York. The mansion’s large ballroom played host to both the ceremony and the reception. Numerous other rooms allow the guests to mingle both during the cocktail hour and during the reception.
