James House Mansion, Sleepy Hollow, New York-Dan and Miguel Wedding

Share

Dan and Miguel formalized their 28 year commitment to each other at James House Mansion in Sleepy Hollow, New York. We were so please to have been selected to share in their day.

Dan and Miguel wrote this very kind reivew for us:

“The floral arrangements provided by Cheshire Tree Floral Designs were excellent. They worked with us in figuring out the best options, showed us some of their extensive collection of pictures so we could have a better sense of the various looks, were reliable and easy to work with. Everyone was very impressed with the beauty of their work and the attention to details. The prices were also reasonable. Loved doing business with Sue and Kent.”

A hand tied bouquet of ivory, yellow and and orange calla lilies was carried by a dear friend of the couple.

The entry to James House was flanked with white branches with mini white lights, an effect that became more dramatic as the evening progressed.

The tables were set with bold red linens, elegant white chargers with gold bands, gold flatware and exquisite gold rimmed stemware. The effect was truly dramatic!

Radiators flanking the hall were decorated with full arrangements of deep red and mottled pink amaryllis accented with gold curly willow. Two guest table arrangements were temporarliy placed on each side.

Cocktails were held in the main hall of the mansion with guests spilling out onto the wrap-around porch.

Of course what wedding on the Hudson River would be complete without a lovely sunset?
